fast customer service

Easy to use with great results!!

I received my order and it seems I have been mislead. The bottles are not the same as on your website. The ingredients are not the same as on your website. I am still waiting on a reply 😕 Poor customer service

Quick shipping, great packaging

I absolutely love my eyelash serum and my lashes. While they haven’t grown in length yet, they are definitely stronger and I have new lashes I didn’t even know was possible at 61.

Really easy to use, especially when you have to take your glasses off in order to apply the product to your eyelash line, but the applicator makes this really easy to do. Delivery time was not too long either and I received updates as to when it would be delivered.

Been using this serum since it arrived & have had absolutely no adverse reactions! Other serums caused irritation, etc. Hanae is gentle & effective! My lashes are def growing!! Highly recommend!!

Such a great product
