This company takes time to send me an email to see how I like the product that i'm using. I really appreciated the company putting full directions on packaging. I have used all the last serums from the cheap department stores to the Rodan and Fields and nothing has worked as well as this product. I 110% recommend this for everybody that wants long luscious lashes.
