I have been using the lash serum for 3 weeks not and I have to say this works! I feel my lashes longer! I hope it will help me grow more with time. The wand application is wonderful because the tip helps get to the root and the brush itself is great for an even coating. I will definitely order a second one.

I am looking forward to great results. The brush is fantastic. I never had anything like it will keep you posted.

I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund or for the correct product to be sent, but I have yet to receive a response. I ordered the color Mocha but received Gray instead. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected better from this company, and I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Never received my order

I have been using this as per the instructions for two weeks - no change at all.

I would give a zero if I could because what I received is not what was advertised. The label on the bottles and size are not what I purchased.

It took almost a month to receive my order, and when it arrived one to f the eyebrow tints was the wrong color. I reached out to the company twice, and when I finally got a reply, they just said it was a different name for the same color. The eyebrow tints do not last the way they are advertised. They are very hard to peel off and do not leave much color behind. I do not know yet whether the eyelash serum is doing anything. I will not order from this company again.
