I have extremely sensitive eyes and cannot use most lash treatments. I decided to try the Hanae for a couple off days to see if my eyes reacted. There was absolutely no problem so I continued and have been pleasantly surprised by the amount my lashes have lengthened. This product is outstanding and I would highly recommend it to others.

The silk peptide toner makes my face really soft and seems to slowly seems to be smoothing my forehead. The brow tint works and is a good color for me, but it doesn't last more than 2 days.

Great buying experience and I'll be super honest here ... I've been using it for a couple of weeks and have seen more volume and a really pretty fine look to my lashes it's really a great product!!!

I never received my order. I was so excited to get the order and try the product, but it was never delivered. Tracking says the same thing it has said since 9/22/2026. I have reached out to customer service two times and have only received a response once that was not helpful at all, just apologized for the delay and said my order was not canceled. I do not believe anything advertised in the website to be true, especially the delivery time.

I love the way it goes on! I am really hoping it does everything. It says it will do. I am only giving it a four star because I don’t know what the result will be at.
