Some pros and cons, been using only for four days now. The negative side and most negatives on the reviews is the sipping time . My order took about a month to get here , and like most that ordered the buy one get one , I also only received one instead of two. However, for the four days I have been using , I do like how it moisturizes my lashes , doesn’t sting or have a smell, which I’m glad about because I have sensitive skin. Excited to keep using , although I’m not excited to have to re order . Wand has stayed intact thus far and haven’t had any issues :) Once I’m finished with this bottle and re-order; will update !

Love the lash serum! It does not burn my eyes, the applicator is great like a mascara wand NOT a skinny brush!! I am also using on my eyebrows and i can already see a difference. I will def be ordering again!

I don’t ever recall ordering this product- I tried to email them to cancel… no response. Now they’re saying it’s been delivered- yet nothing? So $34.99 for nothing and no response. Then I get an email saying they’ll refunded me to do a review…. How when I NEVER got it? Then I’m being told this is a knock off? So if someone can contact me back regarding this matter. At this point I’m thinking the BBB should be involved because you’re STEALING at this point. In my eyes and can’t even respond back? Doesn’t look professional.

Although I haven’t received my order and I’m super excited to try it. I reached out to customer service and received a response less than 24 hours which gave me great assurance. Customer service with HanaeKorea is on point and I totally appreciate that considering order online and getting responses back from other businesses can be difficult.

It doesn’t seem to do anything for my skin. I now see ads online that say this is the fake for the actual product. So I’m disappointed and would like a refund.

Love love love these jeans!!! It does not feel like jeans, but leisure wear because it is so stretchy and comfy! Went in and bought six more after my initial three.

It's only been one week and here's what I can say about this product. I LOVE the wand! The tip places the serum exactly where it's needed and does not get into my very sensitive eyes! So good! I'll inform more as I go, but this is the #1 resaon for me to continue using this product.
