Took a long time to get & was sent the wrong color. Sent a message & no response on next steps to correct. Very disappointed

I did have to wait longer than normal for my order to arrive but after an email to inquire about my order I received a response in a timely manner. Looking forward to actually trying out the product.

How can I rate when my order from 9/25 when i have not received the item yet. It's been 3 weeks and order has not delived.
