Hello, I finally receive my Hanae Peel-Off Brow Tint, after one month and unfortunately, my first experience has been disappointing. I was excited to try this product, but the tint does not come out through the angled brush as it should. Instead, it leaks around the applicator when I squeeze the tube. I tried removing, cleaning, and reattaching the brush several times, but nothing worked. For a brand-new product, I expected it to be easy to use, especially for first-time customers. Unfortunately, I haven’t even been able to properly apply the tint because of the applicator issue. Another suggestion is to clearly print the color or shade name on the tube itself, using larger, easy-to-read lettering. This would make it much easier for customers to identify the shade without having to check the box. Overall, I’m disappointed with the packaging and applicator design. I hope Hanae takes customer feedback seriously and improves its product quality, labeling, and instructions. I’m also hoping customer service can resolve this issue with a replacement or refund.
