My most recent order took eight weeks to receive

I did not receive the product that I ordered. I ordered the velofine and got a serum instead. The product that was advertised the toner that was pearly and creamy is just watered down and in a very small container no name on on the bottle looked nothing like the ad very disappointed. I will not be using this product as I don’t know what it is.. I have tried repeated emails. Contact the company. No answer. I will be going to my credit card and bank. This is no way to do business.!!!!

So eager to receive my product . But it was stolen somewhere in delivery 🤨. Package empty , and seemed smaller than what the size of the toners advertised? Website great. prices good, would just love to compare the results to the advertising. ( confused about size)

I am very pleased with this product! It’s very gentle and I love how it’s not burning my eyes if it accidentally gets into my eye.
