I have sent 5 or 6 emails stating I want a refund on 2 unopened bottles. The messages I get back are completely ignoring what I have requested and keep saying the same things. Get to the bottom of this. Just send the refund, I'll send them

I absolutely love my Hanae Korean serum! I’ve tried serums from other brands before, but they always caused allergic reactions. Not this one! I’ve been using it for about a month now, and I can already see a noticeable difference in my skin. I’m so happy with the results! ❤
