Great product

My first order was for 2 Eyelash serums! I received them about a month after ordering. I opened one of the serums and started using it and quickly realized how great my lashes were looking. I got online and ordered 2 more plus 2 silk tox toners. That order was recently delivered and I realized they sent me the wrong toners. I reached out to the company via email and they responded the same day stating how sorry they were for the inconvenience and they were shipping out the correct toners. I absolutely love the products and the customer service is top notch!! I will continue to purchase from this company!!!

Update. I finally received the products, it took over a month to get them. The products are clean and work well, but the company is non responsive… I don’t know if I will order again from the website. I might try to look for them at Sephora.

Here's my review. I have NOT received my product. I ordered Sept 19th, 2026, contacted customer service last week with a response of "it's on its way.". So yes. I want a refund . I would give no stars if I could

The Silk peptide toner from this provider is a cheep knock off of what they advertise.

Horrible, I only received half my order. I have reached out twice with no response. Also put in a request with my phone number but still nothing it’s been over a week and half. Still nothing…..

This was ordered a month ago,and I have not received it yet. Customer service was good about responding and letting me know that I was still in transit.

I have had Trichotillomania for years and I’ve pulled out my lashes more than a few times. I can actually notice a difference and I’m so excited to see how they grow back. I haven’t had a full set of lashes in over 20 years. It seriously changes the way you look and I almost feel like a different person looking in the mirror. I’m starting to feel more confident wearing no eye makeup again and feeling like my natural beauty is back. Thank you for making this serum affordable and effective and safe. I truly will be a lifelong customer.
