Received wrong product

I never received my order so, yes, I would like a refund!!!

Wait too long for the product.

I had been using it since I got it but still early to see results. Hope it helps my lashes to grow.

I had sooo much balding, and this product literally brought them back to life. I no longer shade or draw fake hairs! I tried all of the natural remedies and essential oils- NOTHING worked like this product! ❤️

I was excited to try the product until I received 2 bottles of their silk peptide for skin, that’s been advertised everywhere as the greatest thing but these bottles looked like the worst bootleg version of what was advertised. Customer service promised to send out the “right” product but then went silent and is not answering any of my emails. Don’t buy from this place. It’s a scam.

My order came damaged...the tips to the wands we're already broken...
