Love love love, this toner has changed my skin care routine. I will forever be buying this toner.

4 weeks and counting. That's how it's been taking to receive my order. And the package is coming from China, not Korea. No status reports. No discounts offered. No apologies. Just endless waiting. I would rather buy used makeup from a Walmart parking lot than order from here again. If I'm still waiting for my package in a few weeks, I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company for a full refund.

I have not received my order. I'd like a refund please.

I can’t really give a true rating right now because I’ve only been using it for about three weeks and I haven’t really noticed any big changes but I’m going to continue using it and hopefully I see the same results that other people claim may have seen

Never received my item, ordered eyebrows pencils on Sept 8. Be aware they’re a scammer

Sceptical, yes Desperate, yes. Hi, I recieved my order rather quickly I thought. There is alot of support. It has only been a week but I have already noticed something. Im 68 and my lashes were very sparse partly from age and also long term lash extensions. But I can actually see my lashes have started to improve. I am looking forward to seeing what the results will be in a few weeks time. I dont care very much about packagng only results and honestey from the company and its product. I have sensitive eyes so everything makes my eyes react, BUT not with Hanae. Very impressed with that as well. Watch this space for anorher review in 3 weeks.🙂
