An order was placed back on 9/22, it is now 10/11 and IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED!!!!!!!! THE ORDER SAT FOR 13 DAYS BEFORE IT EVEN LEFT SHENZHEN!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I cannot provide a positive review of something I've never received and have no indication of when I will receive! That's too bad because I was really looking forward to trying it! IF ANYONE SHOULD BE REFUNDED THEIR PURCHASE PRICE, IT SHOULD BE ME!!!!!!!!!

From purchase to delivery the experience was smooth. Product is as described. Not enough time yet to see if there is any difference to my lashes.

I never received my product I order it on sep 19 until now nothing i ask to cancel and get a refund because it said waiting for details and I didn't got an answer 🙃

I ordered the GORGEOUS facial Toner from HENAE... I saw the add on Facebook and thought yep a 2 for 1 and results looked great for aging wrinkled skin ( im 62 yrs old) lots of sun damage etc.. This beautiful Toner/serum does everything they said and more !! It glides on lovely, a little goes a long way!.. I use a small hand fan to dry it and then pat lightly.. the results truly are amazing! Soft silky skin, a firming feeling all over, wrinkles less defined, just glorious glowing skin, Truly like having a professional facial every day !! Even my husband has started using this... super fast delivery ( within a week to Australia).. I highly recommend this awesome product..Honestly if your on the fence about this one Go for it !! You won't be disappointed!

Received a fake product. Nothing like the advertisement. I want a full refund immediately. The toner is in a bottle half the size and doesn't even have the same labels. The volufaline bottle doesn't even volufaline in the ingredients.🤯🤬
