Took too long to receive

Delivery of product, was my biggest concern, since it was coming from overseas, but it was delivered faster than any other products I have ordered from overseas. 2 of the last 3 got lost and I had to request refunds!! Product is also of great quality!!

I really did wish you’d refund my money. What a scam. Period. DO NOT be fooled by the size of these because mine came and we’re not bigger than my thumbs. Not to mention it took about two months to get here and there was never any update or tracking information so I could see or at least be notified that in some way my package was going to be delivered like most stores do when they have a product shipped to the customer. I tried speaking too, even calling Customer Service and that was a HUGE waste of time for reasons I will not share but something definitely got lost in translation. Will never order from them again and will probably just throw it away cause if I like it and all I can ever buy are bottles the size of my thumbs then there is no point in using them.

I am truly excited to receive this product. I ordered it last week and haven’t received it yet. Looking forward to seeing how this product goes and how it will make a big difference for me!

I think I've seen some growth in my eyelashes. Also, the applicator is very easy to use, unlike some other products.
