Delivery was fast

Horrible experience. Got the wrong order and have written FOUR times. I get the initial email asking for more details but then they go silent. FOUR attempts and still not resolved!! Buyer beware!!! Scammers!!!

I finally received my order but received the 3 oz bottles. They were supposed to be the larger one. I feel for what I paid it was a scam. I will never order from this company again

I can tell after 3 weeks Hanea is making my lashes are stronger and getting longer !! LOVE

The products seem great but the shipping seems really, really slow

Lash serum doesn't work, reached out to Customer Sevice but no response. Ordered the toner, they sent me unlabelled product - I tried to reach out again, and no response.

Absolutely love this serum. It’s made such a huge difference on my lashes! This is such a better alternative to all the money I’ve been spending at the lash salon. My husband appreciates that part and I love that this is a much healthier way to restore the volume in my lashes! Communication and responsiveness is top-notch. And my delivery arrived so fast. I will absolutely be recommending this to anyone that will listen!

The shipping was prompt but the product is a knockoff tricking people
