Excellent, Room has lot of plug-ins for my two Laptops, Room had microwave to heat the Asian Indian Food from Orlando, Florida, USA. Most Importantly people in the front desk, cleaning crew and managers were nice: 1. Leah Smith gave me almost every day Tylenol ... She has a way to help and travel extra mile always...she rushes to pick up the calls, very sincere to Organization. 2. This is not in sequence-whatever comes in my memory: Front desk on 27th maybe or 29th and 29th for sure during the daytime, when i leave or check out-she was outstanding- even i did inform GM also in person. 3. Other great manager is Ms. Emily Winter... four. Cleaning Crew may not speak good English, they do clean job for sure... fantastic on two days during my stay one on Saturday night or Friday night i cannot remember and Wednesday again...Impressive. Please ensure to pass on all these good notes and if i have missed or said to anyone please forgive for Asian Indian thickest accent oldest man on earth-as I speak my mind, truth, or objective- by this time you would have noticed. I work for the Department of Defense; I came through Government stay only - nice people across and suitable location. May 28th 2024 to May 31st 2024: General Manager Ms. Emily was outstanding. Down to earth to any customer. Highly work ethic and good, objective person. Toni in Breakfast to be appreciated. Bobby and the great Ms. Joanne at the front desk are to be mentioned for their extraordinary work. They were kind to help on the check-out from Hampton Inn on May 31st, 2024, as I had Key fob issues for the Car. They gave Lobby to put my luggage and ensure all are safe. They did tell the Key issues are resolved. Two day stay at the Hampton Hilton Hotel in York UK. Only 3 star status but an excellent establishment. Very clean and tidy rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food for this class was very good. Only 2 areas for feedback. Double room only had 1 chair and no usb charging points. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Recommended eating establishment is Ate O'clock in the Shambles area. Great food and service. Wine, like most places is extortionate though.

My 75 year old mom got sick (Just stressed and fine in half a day after) on the way to London and we needed to go to the closest hotel which was Hampton Hilton. The people and service was outstanding and a woman named Magdalena we owe a special thank you.

Stayed at the Liverpool City centre Hampton by Hilton for 4 nights to see Eurovision Song Contest. The staff were so friendly and approachable from reception to the cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble and they would help with anything you needed. The room was spotless and clean and the bed was amazing, housekeeping was on point. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Liverpool.

The Hampton Inn in Buckhead was just what we were looking for! Close to downtown, the sights, and all else that makes the ATL the best city in the USA.

I stayed at Hampton Inn Lordsburg, and they provided an excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and well maintained, breakfast was great and reception desk and breakfast area employees were fantastic (respectful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable).

I find this hotel group is always worth the extra cost if there is any. Great service, clean rooms, helpful app.
