It's a good business, wonderful with the guests but some of the workers...lack some knowledge. I've encountered some HR people which weren't helpful at all. The over all experience was a 3*. Thanks...might return.

Poor experience given the money paid for their chain. Location doesn't really matter, it's overvalued.

Hilton hotels inside German cities are quite surprising, In some cities like Frankfurt and Berlin they are amazing, From customer service to room service everything is pretty good, as for in some cities like Stuttgart the hotel services aren't that much satisfying.
