Unclear advertising. Wish I read the Trustpilot reviews first. You really have to search into the site to see that delivery takes 2-5 weeks. Very disappointed. The tracking link they gave me didn’t work so after asking twice they gave me a tracking link which doesn’t even have any information to prove that it is for my parcel (no addresses shown etc). It’s been over 3 weeks since ordering and it still says that the parcel is still on its way to the courier. I asked for a refund/cancellation and they said no. Overpriced drop shipped items. Would not recommend at all.

The item I reviewed had NO tags. It didn’t show size or washing instructions. I wrote to the company and there has been no response. I am very upset as this is a gift but I won’t give a gift with no tags especially for a baby. Will NRVER shop here again. And what is is this no return policy?? Ridiculous. Doesn’t say what the fabric is either. The order number is 6860. Please note I have emailed you twice using your on line customer service form and I have not received an answer to either. Thanks

Return issue and no responce this is so poor im trying to returns 2 items have sent 6 emails poor poor customer service it certainly was not made clear i couldnt return surely in this day and age companies cannot keep peoples money

Købte en flyverdragt til min baby på 10 mdr i en størrelse 12 mdr. da jeg får den hjem og prøver den på min søn er den alt for lille og svarer ikke til en størrelse 12 mdr. jeg skriver det derfor til deres kundeservice men får ikke lov til at sende den retur

Ich habe auf der Seite 5 Artikel bestellt weil alle Sachen so süß waren. Es kam jedes Teil einzeln und das verteilt über 4 Wochen. Immer wieder wurde das "shipment cancelled". Auf Anfragen meldet sich niemand zurück. Die Sachen kommen alle aus China und sind entsprechende Qualität. Von den 5 Teilen wurde eins in der falschen Farbe geliefert, ein anderes in der falschen Größe. Ratet mal wer sich auf meine bisher 4 Emails nicht meldet? Genau. Hampton Babies. Ich würde nie wieder dort einkaufen!
