Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid at All Cost!!!
I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Kernersville, NC. Customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. During my stay, I experienced bug bites and when I reported this to the front desk, Staff member did not show accountability nor interest in addressing the concerns. There was no offer of assistance, room change, or apology. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
