I enjoyed being able to tour the facility, especially for free. The tour was the closest I've ever gotten to a real candy factory floor, which is definitely an interesting experience. Receiving a candy cane at the end was a lovely bonus that made my day extra sweet. There are, however, some things that I believe could be improved. At the beginning when watching the introduction video, it would be nice if the televisions were larger to make it easier for everyone to see. Having more seating would also benefit as there were some people who had to stand and were blocking the view of the video. In the actual tour, I wish there was more information about the history and the process from the guide instead of just observing the candy makers. Some signs pointing out the different machines might be beneficial.

I enjoyed the tour. I wish it was a little longer and showed more closer look of the whole process of making candies. It was fascinating but short.

We loved the candy factory tour! It was fun and informative, accessible for all ages and abilities and it's free! Four stars only because the sign up process was a little confusing (you had to "purchase" like any physical product) and then there was no way to make changes. Several of our party were unable to attend and we couldn't open up those spots for other families in advance. All in all, a fun experience for families!

The candy canes were big and awesome. Had a couple broken ones but that what I would expect through shipping. The box should been mark fragile. Order a couple extra for that purpose

All the products that I ordered are delicious. Everything came wrapped meticulously and the order arrived promptly. I was only disappointed with the Christmas Classics Gift Tin. The photo on the outside of the tin showed ribbon candy, stamped candy in various colors and an assortment of tiny candies. There were no ribbon candies, only a few stamped purple candies and also a few tiny ones. Basically the tin contained candy cane type nibs in green/red and yellow/ white. These were tasty but I was hoping for a better assortment ie some cinnamon ones too.
