It was interesting and informative. The tour guide didnt seem like she wanted to do her job. She had a bit of an attitude and short temper. Would have like to seen more of the process. It was ok, I wouldn't do it again. My sister bought some Mexican candy and it was moldy so, be careful with that.

Took a tour while in vacation in Denver. Compared to other factory tours was not as fun for the kids. (For example, Jelly Belly factory had lots of interactive exhibits on the tour so I’d recommend that), but if you are in Denver with a sweet tooth and time to kill, its slightly more interesting than visiting a candy store.

The first time I bought twelve 4 oz bags of toasted coconut marshmallows was 10 months ago on 9-7-18 and you charged me $52.95. On 7-7-19 you made me pay $66.90 for the exact same item. That's an increase of 26% in 10 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER buy anything from you again.

Candy store is awesome; lots of authentic Hammond's candies as well as old school candies you won't find at your local convenience store. Neat antique machines to look at. The tour is lacking. You view what the few workers are doing mainly on a TV screen. It's really not much of a tour, just looking through glass at workers and hoping they are making something you think is cool.

I enjoyed the tour, learning the history and the how-to. In my opinion the candy in the gift shop is overpriced and much of it is not Hammond’s brand, other brands also overpriced.

We went on the weekend because my fiance works during the week. It slow during the weekend at the factory so only a few cooks were there, however it was still a nice way to spend the afternoon and it was interesting. Me my fiance and our 2 year old son went. We all enjoyed it.

The tour was great but the person who checked us in was awful. It’s a candy factory, it should be happy and upbeat and she made the mood opposite of that right off the bat.

The candy itself was amazing as was watching them make the candy but the tour guide was lazy and didn't say or do anything. Sat there holding the microphone watching with us. Didn't tell us anything that was happening. Luckily I already know the process for them all but for newer people it would confusing.
