So grateful for the tour and the fact that it's one of the few remaining FREE events around Denver! Fascinating history in the theatre before hand, fun big windows to see the candy in the making and just a wonderful experience receiving a large flavored candy cane, hat and trip through the sweet shop. Only hesitation is that we had young adults with disabilities with us and between the 40-first graders and the overly loud microphone (for the tour), it was a little overwhelming for some of them. I wonder if there may be a better way to reserve a time slot that might be better for those with special needs or to know ahead of time, the group that we will be with? Overall, we/they still had a good time. Thank you!

The tour was neat although certainly thought it would show more of the factory or we could spend more time watching. Also hoped the free samples would have been more or the tour would come with a discount in the store

The tour was ok, i was surprised that the chocolate candies were not made in Colorado. The website makes your candy store look so much bigger than what it is. I thought some of the prices were a little high. Family members who have tried the chocolate has not really found anything extra ordinary about them, that they would scream for it for the holidays. It was a nice visit and I can say i have been there.

Our tour guide, Chelsea, did not speak as clear as I would have liked so it was hard to understand some of what she said. Other than that, we loved it and we will be back.

I would have liked to stay longer in the production of the candy and less warehouse time. Also it’s nice when tour guide goes “off script” - it’s much more pleasant.
