Good tour and fun atmosphere. Our only issue was that no one at the factory could tell us the ingredients in the chocolates. Our family has celiac and can not eat gluten. When we asked about the ingredients in chocolate at the counter the clerk said he didn’t know and the One person who did was not there due to it being a Saturday. We were dumbfounded. How can you work in a store and not know the ingredients in your product or at the very least try to find out for the customer!? My kids were disappointed and it was a real drawback for us as we didn’t want to chance any of us getting sick. They have a great product, but ALL staff should be trained, especially on allergens and what’s in their product.

We were all disappointed that we couldn't really see candy being made. The only 2 tables they were working on were not near the viewing window. Our guide spoke too fast so was very hard to understand her. The store had a lot of candy to buy, many from my childhood so that was good.

I attempted to reserve 2 places for a tour on Nov. 26, 2019, but website only allowed one. I tried several times to get 2, but it would not allow. I have printed my reservation and will bring my friend in hopes there will be room for her! Thanks!

Was okay, I expected more than what we saw. I have done other tours of candy factories and they are much more in depth. You just see through a window and do not see much.

The tour was very short, half of the tour is watching a video. It was hard to hear the tour guide due to all the background noise, or lack of microphone volume. Not bad for a quick stop, but probably not worth going out of the way for.

It was a great experience but there are way too many people in one group. It made it difficult to see or enjoy the tour.

The tour time wasn't adequate to see much of the process after viewing the history portion. The short time that we spent watching the process was the best! There was a scale (assumingly there to weigh the bulk candy. When I went to pay for the candy the price was almost double of what I was expecting to pay. I mentioned this to the cashier and she informed me the scale was not accurate, mainly for display. There wasn't a sign stating DISPLAY ONLY, so how would anyone know. I purchased the most expensive jelly beans ever. I paid greatly for the tour, that was very interesting.

Not what I thought it would be. You stand in front of two different windows and just watch. I guess I was hoping for more information than was provided by person who directed tour.
