I ordered the Christmas candy in the…
I ordered the Christmas candy in the tin but was disappointed that there was only one small piece of ribbon candy, should have just ordered the ribbon candy on its own.

Three of the caramel corn packages were…
Three of the caramel corn packages were torn open and all of them were stale. The candy was just OK; nothing special. Sorry, but I have to be truthful.

Got my order quickly and the candy…onedibke
Got my order quickly and the candy canes were fabulous as always. However I did also buy an item from the oops category. I expected it to be off color or deformed but what I did not expect an entire pound melted into one inedible blob. Never again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Our Oops Mitchell Sweets are seconds, packaged together in a 1lb bag. The caramel can stick together. Many of our customers enjoy cutting this into smaller pieces or using it for baking.

We ordered 30 lollipops and around 10…
We ordered 30 lollipops and around 10 of them came cracked and broken. We wrote to Customer Service about it and have yet to hear back, not that it would do any good as these were for gift boxes that were already sent out.

Thankful for allowing us to tour the…
Thankful for allowing us to tour the facilities. We enjoyed the tour. However the candy prices were higher than expected. I get the fact that it cost and you need to experience a profit it just seems a bit much. Not everything was higher than expected and the lions share was. Thank you again for opening up the operation.

Poor customer service, but amazing products!
I hate to say 2, but products in both orders placed were broken. I emailed as Hammond’s says to do. One email was answered and over 2 weeks ago I was told replacements were being sent, the second email had yet to be answered (1 week later). I am so happy with the quality and fun of the unbroken products, but customer service for issues is lacking.
