The tour lady was very short/rude. Yelled at a little kid because the kid wanted to exchange the piece of candy she got. My wife and I were certainly not going to request to change our cinnamon sample after that. We hate cinnamon so both our samples went in the trash. Great way to ruin an otherwise ok tour.

We went on tour and some people with facial hair were no wearing the beard guard cover properly. And the sample "candy Kane" we received was in prices and the kids just threw them away.

Good response time for customer service but doesn't address the issues

The tour was about 10 minutes long and no machines were working. The only thing we saw was them twisting the candy canes. Felt like it was almost a waste of a drive for a 10 minute tour and not seeing anything.

it was a waste of time going to hammonds tour. once i arrived i was advised the tour was not going to happen there was no explanation as to why they were canceling my tour... a phone call to cancel the tour would had been appreciated.

Tour was packed with school groups. That was by far NOT the worst part. The tour person rambled on for 20 min before we could move on and hardly anything was even happening. Then we walked a few feet to packaging that you can barely see anything happening. All that just to get a sample from their broken candy bin. I chose two candies (two different nuts) covered in chocolate. I asked the lady which one was pecans and she rolled her eyes “I don’t know”. $38 at the register for absolutely nothing special. Total waste of time. Knowing full well how expensive they are, they should go out of their way to be the nicest place around. Ps candy is not priced so at the register you’ll be very shocked! Sad.

Our tour guide was a young woman who kept making inappropriate comments about the government and their standards for safety in factories and with food handling. I didn’t think that was very professional. Additionally, my nephew can’t have peppermint so when we asked if he could have another flavor of the broken candy at the end of the tour, she gave us a little attitude about that. I really didn’t appreciate her entire presentation and representation of Hammond’s. Lastly, when we ended up in the gift shop area, not a single person gave us a smile or asked if we could be helped finding anything. When we checked out, it was also very robotic and no one even thanked us for being there. I’ve been on tours before and this is the last time I will come do your factory

I ordered chocolate factory tour tickets and never received any.
