Hi Joe UPS conducted an investigation and determined that the ham was delivered, so we never received any money from them. We've sent you another jamon anyway. Hi Esther I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us. We're more than happy to send you a knife and some charcuterie for your trouble. As for cold packs, we do include them with boneless hams, cheese, etc, and will include them if asked with orders of bone-in hams. Cured bone-in hams don't need refrigeration though - they're cured. Hi Maria I'm sorry we left out your ham holder and knife. Would it help if I sent them now? The week and a half delay is not normal. Things were pretty chaotic at the time of your order due to having been out of commission after hurricane sandy for nearly two weeks (no power to our NJ warehouse, flooding). If you choose to order with us again I can promise things will be much quicker. best Josh

Hi While paletas (front legs or small hams) generally have more fat than jamones (back legs or large hams), the fat shouldn't be excessive. If you received a paleta with more fat than usual I'd be happy to make it up to you. Can you send me a picture? thanks Josh [email protected]

Hi Tresia I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. At the end of November we were training some new employees. I believe a mistake was made with your UPS label so it had to be cancelled and printed again, which generated the emails you received from UPS. As for the bad ham, this is terrible.
