Customs held up my original order and there was no guarantee that I would have before Christmas. Josh offered to send a substitute so I will have something but I decided to gamble and unfortunately I lost. Again there was no timeframe when customs would release and I definitely wanted to have by New Years Eve. Josh's offer still stood and he overnighted a substitute and I received just in time. The holidays were great but made even more memorable with a slab of jamon on our kitchen table. Josh was amazing throughout the entire process and endured my constant emails with class and the utmost professionalism. No doubt I will be doing more business with him and his company in the near future. Oh, and the jamon was amazing.

The taste and flavor of the Jamon Iberico I purchased is exquisite. The service and personal attention during the ordering process was also top notch. Any question or concern I may have had was addressed promptly as if I were standing face-to-face with Josh. This was a great on-line purchase experience.

As a Spaniard and a jamon serrano aficionado, This is an excellent jamon, you can't beat the price and the quality. The smell as im cutting takes me back to Spain and the tapas bars. Jamon y vino abren el Camino!!!

Very nice customer service and good products. It was really tasty!

I ordered this ham expecting to have something normal at best but found to be good as advertised. I will continue to order from ham lovers until I have had every product they sell.

The prices are great, fast shipping and of course they delivered the comfort food from home that brought back a bunch of memories and people that I had not thought of in years. Thank you!

As I searched the US market for Serrano Hams and who sell them at the lowest price, Hamlovers beat them all by almost 33%. I highly recommend Hamlovers to my relatives and friends.

We love the taste of "home" and the Iberico hams...among other tasty treats... really bring it to us. The fast service and the foods, just as described are a real plus and these guys are great ... If you have any questions, just give them a call :)
