Hamilton BeachReviews of hamiltonbeach.com

I love my egg sandwich maker. it makes the perfect sandwich and its easy to clean. I recommend this machine to everyone

As a brand Hamilton Beach is great. I have several of their appliances and will continue to buy from them. I have a coffee pot from them, microwave oven, mixer and a convection oven. All of them still work as perfect today as they did when I bought them initially.I tell everybody to buy from them because their products are nice looking, work great and last a long time.

Great customer service. I am a regular user of Hamilton Beach bread maker and coffee maker. Once the tub of the bread maker had problem as it stopped spinning. The customer service shipped out a replacement bread maker and I just had to pay shipping cost. Today, I called the customer service department and told the person I need a replacement carafe of the coffee maker as it broke. I was told a replacement carafe will be shipped out to my address and I paid the shipping cost waiting for the item to arrive in a couple weeks. Of course, these were within the warrantee period. I appreciate the care taken by the company's customer care department.
