The plastic base part containing the blades to an approximately $30 Hamilton Beach blender cracked causing a leak of contents when in use. I had owned this small appliance about 7 months & was very pleased with how it makes my smoothies. I contacted Hamilton Beach regarding this & was told they would send me a replacement at no cost to me (normally the customer is required to pay shipping). I received the replacement part within about 3 days but it was the wrong part. I contacted Hamilton Beach again & explained that the wrong part had been sent & they AGAIN (at no cost to me) sent me the replacement which this time is the correct part. I am very impressed with this company & will buy again in the future because they back up their products with AWESOME customer service which is considerably lacking from most companies these days. Thanks to Hamilton Beach & their customer service reps.

Great customer service! There was a problem with my bread machine, and they honoured my warrantee and gave me a whole new bread machine and they covered shipping! It was a pleasant experience, they were very helpful.

I have a 10 cup chopper and one of plastic part (food pusher) got cracked after few uses. Contacted customer serivice line however, it was not in service due to covid. Contacted customer service online by filling out a form for warranty service. They got back in 2 hours to my email and asked for purchase receipt and some more clarifying questions. Upon email response they are now sending me the replacement including free shipping ( which is generally not the case). I liked the service and it meets my expectations.

I had received a slow cooker as a gift and it stopped working after a few months. I contacted customer service and they said they would need us to send it back to receive a new one. My husband had unknowingly throw it in the trash so I didn’t even respond back. Well a couple weeks later I received a new one. I’m not sure if that was on purpose or on accident but thanks Hamilton Beach! What a nice surprise. 🙂

We had bought a Hamilton Beach bread maker. About a year to date we had a problem, but they replaced it for us. We were very happy and liked the product!!

I bought Hamilton Beach works with Alexa Smart Coffee Maker for my travel trailer. I used to take a full-size coffee maker with me on trips, but now it's not necessary because I will have this small one in my trailer. It is very convenient and compact. I'm very glad that I bought it.

Absolutely the best customer service ever. Ny Flexbrew coffee maker was replaced free of charge, EVEN WHEN IT WAS OFF WARRANTY!. Top notch company, highly recommended.
