I purchased an air filter directly from Hamilton Beach. I have 3 other True Air filters and they are great but when I placed the order I actually wanted 2 and that would include free shipping. I realized immediately that I had made a mistake went to customer service and you can't call them you can only email. After 3 emails asking them to either change my order to 2 units or cancel it they did neither. They said oh sorry it's already shipping - this is 2 weeks later. Then somehow they shipped the unit to my billing address and not where I wanted it sent. Now if I return the unit I'm minus the $25 shipping fee. Won't be doing this AGAIN.

I purchased the Air Fryer Toaster Oven. When using it, it exploded and the front glass shattered everywhere.

Bought a 14 cup drip coffee maker. Unfortunately, the carafe was dropped on the counter and cracked. I've been waiting over 3 months for HB to get this carafe in stock to no avail. If you're going to offer a 14 cup coffeemaker you'd think they would have typical parts like a replacement carafe stocked. Will never buy an HB product again.

I have 4slice toaster. One side stopped working. They sent me an email asking for a copy of my receipt. I can not find it replied to the email informing them of this. Now no reply as to what to do. They said just don't throw it out. Now what????? The customer service is terrible. They need to start answering calls if they are not going to answer e-mails.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew at Sam’s. After a short while it began to leak and it made my countertop swell. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe it was my fault so I tried it again. Water everywhere!!!!! I didn’t have my receipt nor the box so I called Hamilton Beach. They offered me free shipping if I wanted to order another one. Thanks but no thanks, I may never support Hamilton Beach again . They don’t stand behind their products

I purchased a Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor less than a year ago at Target. The on/off button suddenly did not work. For one week I have been emailing them (with no response whatsoever). Their customer service number says they are not operating phone lines due to Covid Excuse me! A customer service rep can well work from home during this pandemic to service customers. But no! I have my Target receipt and my warranty. Target won't replace it as it is over 3 months old. It is more than $60 to buy a new one but Hamilton Beach won't respond. Shame on you! The worst but the worst customer service (or lack of) that I have ever ever experienced. I will never buy their products again. Shame on you for not servicing your products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I purchased a Hamilton Beach iron last year, it is still in warranty, I emailed them as phone lines are closed due to Covid-19. I emailed on Aug 3'2020 got a reply on Aug 11'2020, for asking more details about the product, but never ever got a reply after that. I don't know how I will gonna be able to get a reply!

The customer service is horrible. They sent me the wrong carafe for my flex brew coffee maker and they are trying to tell me it is the correct one. The one I received is an inch smaller than the one I need and has a completely different handle. I sent them a picture off of their website of what my coffee pot should look like and I sent them a picture of the coffee pot that I received. Totally different. They are giving me a hard time. I will never purchase another item
