The products are great but the customer service and return process is sorely disappointing. I would buy their products at other resellers for a better experience. There's no digital way to cancel your order or process a return. They make you call or email them. First try they wouldn't resolve an issue that was due to a glitch in their system and then wouldn't cancel my order. Second try they didn't even respond to my email. Trying again just to process a return but I'm not hopeful. Definitely not buying on their site again. Better off just buying from a distributor.

I purchased a 4-slice Stainless Steel Toaster in January 2020 hoping to have something that matched our kitchen decor as well as was a good operating appliance. It isn't! a good product at all. It is thin material, does not toast evenly and just poor quality. The best I can tell, because we do not have the box, the model #24910 or #24911. I'm very disapointed in this purchase and may very well get our old oe out again and use it. Gordon St Joseph, IL

WE USED TO BUY ALL OUR SMALL APPLIANCES FROM HB FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RECENTLY WE ARE SUFFERING FROM THE PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. OUR KETTLE SUDDENLY THE POWER WAS OFF WITHOUT A REASON SO WE SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE MODE, SERIES# AND PHOTOS TO HB. AFTER BEING IN A COMMUNICATION FOR 40 DAYS, THEY SENT US A COFFEE BREWER INSTEAD. WE EMAILED THEM BACK AND THEY ASKED TO RETURN THE MACHINE AND WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS TO RESHIP THE CORRECT KETTLE. WE ASKED THEM THAT WE WILL BE KEEPING IT SINCE ITS THE SAME PRICE AND WE WILL BUY A NEW KETTLE. WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE NEW ONE IN LESS THAN A MONTH AND WE SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND NOW WE WILL GO THROUGH THE LONG PROCEDURES WITH NO LUCK. THEY HAVE ASKED FOR THE INVOICE AND WE INFORMED WE ONLY HAVE THE BOX IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION SINCE ITS NEW.WE ARE REALLY UPSET FROM THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS NOW AND WILL SURELY SWITCH TO ANOTHER BRAND

Really disappointing experience with Hamilton Beach. I understand their limited warranty policy and never thought would need to worry about it. But right now I am really dissatisfied at both their product and customer service. I bought their electric kettle and less than a year it started to leak, and I was told to pay the shipping in order for a replacement which does not come with a warranty. Can't believe I have to pay for the shipping on the product that the company doesn't have enough confidence to guarantee. If I have to spend money, with my current poor experience with Hamilton Beach, I might as well go for other brands.
