Hamilton BeachReviews of hamiltonbeach.com

I had recently purchased a Hamilton blender that was suppose to be used to make milkshakes, puree, crush ice etc but after using it, it could not even mix the ice cream enough to make a milk shake. So I reached out to Hamilton's customer service and instead of standing behind their faulty product they were quick to blame me for not knowing how to put the milk and ice cream into the blender?? So after several attempt to make a milk shake with this product it still did not work!!! I use to buy their small appliances with confidents but after knowing they DO NOT stand by their product, I trashed the product and will never, ever buy anymore of their products again!

Broken coffee pot , customer service is the worst company I have ever dealt with. As a business owner we ilook for consumers to make us a better company. This company has a revolving door with little customer resolution.

The coffee maker I purchased stopped working after 3 months. I have contacted them to make a warranty claim 3 times and have not heard back - over a month s ince the first contact.

Bought a side opening can opener. Turns out the steel rims of the cans are harder metal than the turning gear on the opener. Thus wearing the gear out. And now I don't have a can opener. I want a new one.

Whatever Hamilton Beach products I have bought stopped working after a few months! The worst brand I’ve ever seen and used!!! Broken handheld Mixer burnt down after 4 months, electrical kettle stopped working after 3 months and the list goes on! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND AT ALL!

What a DISGUSTING COMPANY HAMILTON BEACH IS AND DISGUSTING IS WALMART TO SELL THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT BREAK DOWN BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIRES. WAL,ART SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES TOTALLY DISGUSTING. I bought a microwave 5 months ago and it has no model or serial number n it except the names of Mexico and China on it My Microwave started to make noise and exploded right in the middle of warming my food Kaput broken caused a fire I had to extinguish. Not very safe and Hamilton Beach has no telephone lines directly to Humans the can help. Their help on the website is a joke and non Compliance with the Canadian Law. So here’s what a Senior going to do this weekend since I can’t afford another one. I will Load it in my car and drive to Walmart in surrey,s Parking lot and tie the Microave to a rope and have it live on the internet dragging it behind my car back and forward till the management get wind of it and maybe the press will be there also. Wish me luck this Sunday since I will be able to do this.. watch LIVE ON FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE AT 1 PM. Thanx for whoever CARES ABOUT A SENIOR. We use our toaster once or twice a week.sometimes less. Bought your toaster because HB used to make an affordable product that lasted for the expected minimum of time. We used it 2 times and after than it was broken. Sad to see what crap you all have stooped to selling.

It's funny that 5 star review, about them standing behind their brands. I'm sure they do, if the one person that takes care of Hamilton Beach and weston and whatever other brands actually decides to read your email. Here is the straight story on this. First off Amazon is a major company but they have people answering the phone for the issues that a customer may have. So, don't tell me that HB or Weston is unable to fo the same I buy from Amazon because, if i have an issue I can get a person on the phone to help me. I've bought this weston vacuum sealer twice from Amazon and it doesn't work. Rather than return it, I figured, I would give Weston a call. Maybe there is something o Im missing. They have a message that refers you back to the website. There is no real help and that makes the brand unreliable. The best thing to do is to pretend they dont exist. They obviously don't stand behind their products. If they did they would provide a way for people to get in touch with them by phone. This has to hurt their bottom line. It's too bad because I think they have products that are worth the wild. But if you can't get a person for warranty or other issues, it's best to pick the item that isn't as good but one that you can speak to a person. If there was a better way to resolve your issues that would be great. The best way to give good customer support, is to allow a person to speak to another person and you are not providing the best way for the customer.
