Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with the products! We also completely understand that a 3–4 week delivery time is longer than ideal. We’re continuously working on improving our fulfillment and shipping experience so orders can reach customers more quickly and with better visibility along the way. Thank you again for your patience and for choosing HALOBLK. -Henry

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order and not receive a tracking update or clear delivery timeline. This is not the post-purchase experience we want for our customers. Please reach out to our support team with your order number so we can check the latest status of your order and provide you with a clear update as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. -Henry
