I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT
I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT, BUT THE ONES i RECEIVED WERE FOR KIDS. I NEED THE SAME THINGS BUT LONGER. I bought several in the last year and they were 7" long. Can you send me info on returning these for the longer set? Tina Alhona

Terrific response to questions
The managing director responded to my request for a broader range of color in the product with a promise to try to improve by the end of the next quarter. She also provided detailed information about security in response to my question about site security. Most impressive, the managing director responded to a complaint I did not make. She noted that the longevity of the products I had purchased did not meet the company's standards and committed to look into the manufacturing standards with the goal of improving longevity. Last but not least, she sent out multiple products at no cost as a thanks for my comments. Truly extraordinary customer service! I find that this product is much better than any of its competitors, and worth paying a little more for. Now I find that the customer service is superlative.

Hey Wonderful Willowisp- I remember speaking with you and am horrified it took me this long to reply to your review. Our system used to notify us about customer reviews when they posted but it doesn't do that now so I have to get it fixed. ANYWHOO--thanks for following up and taking the time to let us know it worked out. Hope you liked what we sent and know that your review made me grin from ear-to-ear. On a Tuesday that is close to a freaking miracle! Much love- Francesca
