I love it but can't give it 5 stars because I find that even though it is made for thick, heavy curly hair, it still doesn't hold my hair up for a long time. I probably have a good 3 or 4 hours in before the hair starts to pull it down and then I have to readjust it. Otherwise I love the fact that it adjusts to how much hair is in the pony tail and it was easy to use.

Cristina- I checked out your last order and, based on how you describe your hair, I have a feeling you might like our Wide Tooth comb better. I am having one sent to you this week as a gift. No strings attached. Give it a try. Every woman's hair is unique. Customers educate us through notes like yours and we adapt and design new styles accordingly. Pretty but complicated to use. It takes practice. My hair is long ad thick. I have to get my hair situated just right for it to get the look I want. I didn’t see any how to videos on the website for hair like mine. They are pricey and imo not worth trouble but I gave them four stars for their customer service

Lisa- We heard you loud & clear and are right in the middle of re-designing the instructional cards to make them easier to understand, PLUS we are busy taping a bunch of new "How To" Instructional video's that will be up shortly on our site. We invented the Double Comb concept and patented it but whenever something counter-intuitive like HairZing Stretch Bananas come to the market---it takes a lot of trial and error to make certain we are explaining them clearly. Don't give up yet---help is on the way. Will make certain someone from our Customer Care Team drops you a note when the instructionals begin to post which should be by end of Sept 2020.
