However, women are unique and not every style is perfect for every person. We have issued you a full refund. You will receive a separate notification by email. We are also sending you one of our wire combs as a GIFT to try. They are noted for their lightness and low profile and you might prefer that look. Most customers tell us they cannot even feel the wire style in their hair. Since we in for a hot humid summer across the country.....do you have another friend who might like to try your Pretzel HairZing? If so, please gift it to her. Dear Beth- Apologies for the delay in replying. Your order has been fully refunded and if it is not showing up by Monday Feb 22 please call us at 888-402-4247 and we will investigate immediately. I have fine thin hair myself and our Med Bananas usually hold really well in hair like ours. However, every woman is totally unique and we regret your Stretch Banana Comb did not work as intended for you. The style you ordered is very popular, do you have a friend you could gift it to? We are also going to send you a free different style that is a best seller for thin, fine, baby texture hair. Perhaps it will work like a charm for you. We design and invent every design and are always looking for women to "test drive" new products we are working on. It helps us perfect them. Carlena- I just refunded your purchase in full and apologize the new Mini's didn't hold the way we intended. I also sent you an email with more information. We enter a learning curve designing and manufacturing new items like the Mini's. Although tested extensively with customers before we launched, we know it will take time and thousands of women wearing and commenting until we "get it 100% right". Luckily, we have patience. :) We will keep trying, testing and adapting until customers, like you. are raving about them . Thanks for sharing your impressions. Sherrie- I apologize--HairZing's should never break like yours did. Every HairZing is 100% handmade, and although it doesn't happen often, clearly something was wrong with your original one. We want to make it up to you. Tomorrow a pearl replacement of the style you ordered is being shipped from our office in California. Along with it is another HairZing as a gift. The second is a style that works great in fine, thin hair and I am interested in seeing how you like each one. We stand behind EVERY HairZing , so if the replacement is not to your liking---we will refund you in full. Just let us know. I have experienced Louisiana's heat and humidity (smile) and want to do everything possible to make sure you stay as cool as possible this summer . We appreciate you giving us another chance. Thanks! Margret- I've issued a full refund to your credit card. You called the ones you loved "Hair Huggers" and wonder if you originally bought those from us on QVC...? I invented both Hair Huggers and HairZing, but the Hair Huggers used plastic combs and fabric bands. They "feel" completely different in the hair than our Fine Wire combs do. Just in case that is what happened, I am asking our Shipping Dept to send you tomorrow a FREE gift of a Hair Hugger with plastic combs. If it is what you were looking for, please enjoy it. We are headed into the hottest summer on record across the USA and we genuinely want every woman to be as happy and comfortable as possible. Especially now.
