Fast delivery and great products for my fine hair.
Response from HairZingSep 11, 2020
Mary- I have fine hair too, and learn so much about our type of hair from customers like you. Thanks for your note and compliment. I am always interested in speaking with customers about new concepts we are designing or testing, so feel free to drop me a line directly at [email protected] with your thoughts anytime. I read and answer every email personally. Thanks for trusting us with your hair! Francesca on Team Zing

I asked for information about why the teeth/prongs were bending on my medium, double cross comb. Also asked about which products are designed for thick hair although I wasn't sure my hair is considered thick. The customer service rep looked at my recent order and saw that the banana comb I ordered was for thin hair, so she sent me one for thick hair! WOW! Amazing service! She also answered my question about the thick hair medium combs and suggested several styles. Thank you, HairZing! You're the best - love all my combs (and the collection is growing!)

Debra- Sounds as if you dealt with the one-and-only Gidget. She is a sheer force of nature when it comes to women getting the correct products for their hair. Glad to hear she hooked you up and I will be sure to tell her she got a compliment from you. Thanks!! Francesca on TeamZing

I received my products promptly, safely packaged. I ordered a "two-for-one" pair of banana combs. They work well. I have straight, moderately fine hair. I put my hair in a ponytail with a band, then use a banana comb to scoop up the hair growing low on my neck, and also to stabilize my ponytail. I can still put my ponytail through the hole in my baseball cap so my scalp is protected from the sun. Works well for this old lady who hasn't gotten her hair cut since March.
Response from HairZingSep 2, 2020
Linda- If you are still pulling a ponytail through a baseball cap....we beg to differ....you are NOT an "old lady". Perhaps you are merely wise beyond your years? So filled with knowledge from a life successfully lived you appear more mature than others? Uncertain but we know you look smashing in your Stretch Banana and Ball cap. Rock on my Queen. Best- Francesca at TeamZing
Booklover

Dear Booklover- You and I have soooooo much in common. We love books, have fine hair, and wear HZ. We should meet and have a glass (or 3 bottles) of wine sometime. Thanks for trusting us with your hair and loving your HairZing. We know you look divine. Warmly- Francesca & TeamZing

Grace- Good to know you are happy and battling the heat with HairZing. We appreciate your shout out about our packaging. Did you say "CLEVER"? We love you. Right now we are in the process of re-designing the instructional cards to make them even easier to understand, and are busy taping a lot of new "How To" Instructional video's that will be up shortly on our site. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. P.S. We think you are clever too. Best- Francesca and Team Zing

These banana clips are amazing on my short ine 4c curly hair. I had such difficulty coming up with a hairstyle, but now I know I can just throw one of these on and look cute. Bad hair days are gone now.

Super Nerd- Great to see your moniker pop up again, and glad to know we have cancelled Bad Hair Days for you forever. No need to thank us.....we're givers. :) Francesca at HairZing
