Brandi- Your money is never lost with HairZing! Your first order was confirmed as delivered by USPS, but like many small businesses, we are seeing an increase in "porch / mailbox thefts" of delivered packages. Once you alerted us, we re-shipped your Stretch Banana Comb, but forgot to let you know we had taken that step. No wonder you thought we were ignoring you. I apologize. Chris- I also have delicate baby fine, thin hair. I am so sorry to hear you had scalp soreness--I know the tendency with our type of hair is to always pull accessories tight because we are not used to anything holding. However, at HairZing we don't believe mixing pain with beauty should ever happen. Lord knows I am unclear on the concept of high heels, pantyhose and clothing made of anything other than fleece because I hate pain. I am going to send you--free-- a recently developed product that is getting raves from our Fine Hair Customers. Please let me know if it works better for you. If it does, we will happily exhange your original purchase for this new style. However, if you still have scalp pain of any kind we will absolutely refund your initial purchase. Christy- We are sorry the small Stretch Banana's didn't perform for you. We're refunding your purchase price immediately (if it hasn't already been done). I wonder if you might be interested in testing new future products before we introduce them? We work closely with customers designing and engineering every aspect and we are always learning. It's super easy for companies to copy existing items---much more challenging to start virtually from scratch. Dear Fiddle Faddle- Thanks for letting us know. Our Tech Guru is a guy and in charge of the icon size. Since he is only a few decades old, I think he might not fully grasp that small icons are difficult to see without bionic eyes. I, who is older and wiser, agree with you. Carol- I am immediately refunding your recent order of Banana Combs. Sorry for the delay, this has been an insane summer and we have been adding and training new staff for our Shipping Team. I believe we sent you something with our old Tennessee warehouse address instead of our California address and it led to a cluster-fudgicle. Sounds like we dropped the ball. No excuse. Barbara- Life is too short to have your scalp itch--even for one second. :) You ordered the fine wire combs and I am sending you (FREE) a sample of our thicker caliber wire tooth comb to try. Wire has less friction than other materials (like plastic combs for example) and I am interested in hearing your thoughts after wearing both types of wire. Would you be willing to test this different version out and send me an email about how it feels in comparison? I would greatly appreciate it.
