Hair Stop and ShopReviews of hairstopandshop.com

This is my 1st and last time ordering from this company. I ordered my hair days ago did just what they said and sent the email so it would be no signature required called to confirm they got the e mail and got no answer so I left a message they never got back to me not 1 time. Now today my hair comes and get sent back because they never followed through with the no signature so now I have a scheduled event that I have to be to this evening and no hair now I gotta run around and find a look all because they don't follow through or call back. I will never order from here again.

Don't make the mistake of giving these scammed your money. The label was damaged during shipment so the item was sent back to them and they only have me a partial refund. I'm now in the process of disputing this through PayPal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchase hair from this company. I receive the hair in a time but was not satisfied with the way it look and feel . It was frizzy and rough. Some hair were in pieces. I return it for a full refund. When I contact the merchant to confirm the package was delivered to their company and when I will be refunded. The merchant was rude and never answer the question. The merchant never refunded the money. I file a dispute with my debit card company and I was refunded the full amount including the shipping. Make sure you read honest reviews about the companies before you make a purchase online.
