I placed an online order with hair stop and shop after coming across their website while browsing the net for affordable hair. I live in New Zealand and the hair selection here /hair shops / beauty supply stores here are almost NON EXISTENT unfortunately.This means that my only options are to buy Internationally (USA mostly) occasionally ASIA . I did not to much research on Hair Stop and Shop (as I normally would when shopping online) I did view a YouTube Videos with reviews from the Shop But most of them seemed old . However i urgently needed the hair and just took a risk and order . I got a confirmation email immediately after placing my order which was the first good sign . It says I will get shipping details within 24 -48 hours I waited for 48 hours and did not receive and contact .(Bare in Mind I ordered on a Friday so the 48 hours fell over the weekend so I thought this may be the reason for the delay. I emailed them on Monday regarding not getting my shipping info/tracking number They responded by Wednesday and said I should have it in within another 24/48 hours During this time I started doing research on the Hair Stop and shop and came across a lot of reviews saying they are a SCAM and people’s money was taken and the never received their order or a refund. My heart Sank ! I was now so worried that I had fallen for a scam!! Then too my surprise .... On Friday Morning I received a UPS tracking number . It took about 72hours from then to get a notification that my order was on the move and at a Airport in New York. By Tuesday my order was somewhere in the air and on its way to me .it Arrived in New Zealand on Thursday. The weekend passed and By Tuesday to my pleasant surprise I had a nice big box waiting by my front door. So to summarise THEY ARE NOT A SCAM! I received my well packaged order ! All the hair I order was of excellent quality as advertised!! THANK YOU ,THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I will shop with them again !!

I must say after reading every single review, I was skeptical to purchase from this company. So happy I went with my instinct. I received my hair in a very timely manner, customer service was very professional, and I received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered on the 15th and received my complete order on the 19th! Not to mention they had every wig I wanted that happen to be out of stock on other sites. Annnnnnnd it was much cheaper than other listed prices. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ORDERED YESTERDAY MORNING SPOKE WITH SOMEONE YESTERDAY EVENING AND GOT SEVERAL CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TODAY AS WELL ALSO SPOKE TO CS REP AGAIN EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL AND VERY REASSURING, MY PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY IN UPS WITH ITS TRACKING NUMBER SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR YOUR LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH HAIR AND YOU FIND IT ON THIS SITE ORDER FROM THEM GIVE THEM A TRY, CAUSE I DID AND IM HAPPY WITH THEM.
