SCAMMERS! Thet ask you for more money for longer lengths...saying they only have the next length up. The hair was thin, smelly and cheap looking. They were all friendly and responsive up until I asked for a refund. They have not returned my emails or texts since asking for a refund. Do not Buy!!!

My experience was so bad that the company would not accommodate me in switching out something that was brought by mistake unused , untouched. Due to the picture shown on website, the picture showed bundles and not displayed as a wig. I have been buying hair from this company for over 5 years. Moving forward, I will not continue to use this site. She stated that she would get back in touch with me and never did. Be careful to look THOROUGHLY AT THE PICTURES AND THE DISPLAY OF THE HAIR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I did say I would never use them again LOL I thought I would give them another try. I'M SURE I WOULD NEVER ORDER HAIR FROM THEM AGAIN.

Do not purchase. Unfortunately, I purchased 3 wigs from them taking advantage of a promotion. All smelled. All were uneven. I question whether or not they were really made of human hair. I figured out I could salvage two of the wigs by having them dyed and cut. However, one wig was unacceptable. I sent photos and was told that I should wash it and professionally styled - and it would be fine. When I shared that this was not satisfactory I was encouraged to keep the wig and that I would receive a partial refund. After an extensive wait (an hour) and then a day. I was issued a modest refund. My hairdresser agreed that the quality of the wigs were poor. Buyer beware!

Ladies or whoever else is in search of wigs... Please don't buy hair off of this site! It took a little over a WEEK for my hair to be shipped off to me. When I received the hair, it had a funky odor to it and was super thin! I ordered one of the "Oreo"-colored wigs and it came out a mess. Any review that isn't rated with 4 or 5 stars doesn't get posted. I tried to post a one star rating and it would never show up on the page. In addition, when I posted my review with 4 stars (only way it could viewed), hours later it was taken down. These people are a bunch of scammers who love taking advantage of their customers. I'm one of the customers that like communication and I guess they got tired of that. Anyways, please save your coins and shop somewhere else.

They say you can return but they won't let you return. The refund and return policy is a hoax. Even when I insisted I d pay the custom fees, they still refused to send a return address. The "HD" lace was so inferior I couldn't even work it and frankly I have gotten much better quality and properly customised wigs at the same price.

Stars Zero: I received my order and when i tell you I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have bought better quality of hair from the beauty supply. The wig was for my company Christmas party and I was brought to tears to see I received something that looked used and had been picked up off the floor. And to think you asked me for extra money for a longer lengths and when i refused, and asked you to cancel my order you offered me the xtra length for free. I ordered a 10 inch wig you was supposed to send me a 12 inch, but I can’t tell what length it is because it don’t even match the wig I ordered. You need to stop getting peoples hard earned money for the garbage you sell. Lesson learned!!!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. My wig that I ordered and paid for came in fast, that’s a plus. But the problem is the wig that I received is nothing like the wig that I ordered. I emailed the company about my return because I want my refund back and I have been going back-and-forth with them for the past couple of days. They are trying to force me to keep the wig and are offering me a $10 credit to another week on their website. Why would I buy another week on a website if the first week I bought was not to my liking and it was of a low quality and it was nothing like what I ordered? They’re telling me I will not get my money back if I try to send the wig back and that I should wash it. That is against their return policy if I alter the wig from anything of what it look like when I first received it. I am highly frustrated with this company and I highly do not recommend purchasing a wig from them.

Hair was terrible dry and matted up in the center and the nape after reporting to them they tried to offer me a coupon and 40 dollar refund for a 200 dollar wig I cannot wear after updating my reviews they deleted each one off the website so you wouldn’t see the truth terrible hair terrible company and customer service
