Today I will warn people on my youtube channel and instagram not to buy anything for their mothers in your store because I bought a wig for my mother in your store that she never received because you never delivered. I have already gone to the police to report the situation. You are thieves.

People don't believe everything you see or read in reviews I had such a bad experience with this company when getting my money back they didn't want to send me a return label and they kept emailing me that I was going to pay more than what I bought it for but that wasn't the case they just didn't want to reimburse or refund me my money back so I did a back charge and got it all back.Beware some of these reviews are fake.

They say you can have a returns for the hair but it’s lying. They are a fraudulent company. They refused to offer me a return even though I followed all of their ‘rules’ for a return. Their hair is incredible thinner than previous hair companies I’ve used in the past and they refuse returns. I am considering legal interventions unfortunately. THEY ARE A SCAM BE AWARE.

WARNING! Do not buy hair from them. The expensive hair I bought, once received it looked so cheap, it looked already brushed out, nappy, and nothing like the picture they advertised for me to buy it. THEN they refused me a refund.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they do anything they can to avoid a return. They have under returns on their website a return address in Texas, but they will tell you it’s “relocating” and that you have to spend $70 to send anything back. They will push back on every email you send to get you past the return date. A truly horrible experience.

The hair is trash. They do not post all honest reviews on their site. I ordered a 20 Inch Body Wave & the hair is extremely short for 20 Inches and will not hold curls. Save your coins and shop elsewhere.

I was ordering a 10inch 13x4 frontal wig. They said they didn’t have that length available but I can purchase the same wig in 12 inch but for $25 more.I said ok no problem. My wig comes and I receive a 6inch wig with a 12 inch frontal and the hair looked extremely then.I said stop playing with me and my money 😡😡😡😡…So I’m emailing them the wig I receive and saying this is not what I order and y’all false advertising .If I want to return it it will cost $70 but if I want to keep it they only giving me $25 even though I spent $114 for that Barbie feel wig.Never again will I conduct business with them and all those reviews are from other pages.Hairsmarket is a scam!!!!!!!

All fake reviews on their page ! The good reviews here are probably fake too . The wigs don’t seem bad at first but quality is awful . I bought a 30 inch straight and a 40 inch straight. The 40 inch was a scam because only a couple hairs on the bottom was 40 inches , it was not one length ! I just had to end up cutting it . Plus the hair sheds like a dog ! Awful . I would never buy from them again . Also, they don’t post low star reviews on their site ! Scam scam !
