I had been seeing the ads for this challenge for a while now. I’m so glad I decided to finally enter! I learned so much, and was surprised at how many hair products myths I believed due to random searches on Google. This course taught me how to choose and use sulfates and silicones to my advantage rather than banning them altogether! Of course the more I learnt the more I realized that this is only the top of the iceburg. I’m considering taking the full course!!

Normally when I buy an online course I am disappointed but not at all with this one. The knowledge and tools you are given in such a short time are priceless. The community is very handy and all your questions are already listed in the FAQ. You learn to take control over your hair, health and to actually put this into practice. I already see an immense difference in just two weeks. If you need help with your hair for any kind of reason; you should do this for yourself.

Best program for hair ever. Helped me so much in understanding what my hair needs, what is good for them, what is bad for them and how to change my life to have better hair

This was a nicely balanced programme, mixed with the juicy bits of information that we, as normal and oblivious consumers didn't know previously, and the normal and obvious actions and routines that we are supposed to take to improve our health, and hence our hair. What really stood out for me were the initial videos where multiple myths were debunked and how the real nature of the haircare industry was slowly being unveiled to us, revealing the deceiving ways in which we were forced to consume products that were bad for our hair and health. The access to the "advanced" information was accompanied by great exercises in the workbook that would encourage us to ponder about how well or badly we were handling our haircare situation. This was all complemented by the informative videos, FAQs, and not to forget, the forum, with polite and helpful fellow participants. I think by the end of this challenge, we get this feeling that we must and we are able to take control over how we treat our hair, instead of passively trusting products and people's recommendations. It will be a great place to start if people really wish to make radical changes to their haircare routine!

The 14 day challenge is a great start if you want to learn how to take care about your hair in a very wholesome manner. It provides you a nice platform, good resources, a lot of information, an easy to follow videos and a supportive community where you can share information and reach people with the same troubles, so you won't feel alone in this journey. I really really enjoyed the program and I'm so grateful for everything I have learned :)

I was really impressed by Sarah, HGL and the knowledge from day 1. I used to be very much attracted to "the magic formula" when it came to hair products. Ahah. But I've learned a great deal about what to look for in such products and how much cheaper hair care can be with important lifestyle and product changes. We got to make our own shampoo which was a fun experience and noticed my hair smoother. I've only used the homemade shampoo once, as I'm writing this review and therefore haven't noticed immediate hair growth or volume, etc. Ahah and no one should expect such an instant result. But what I did notice was my hair looked a lot smoother and less frizzy. Sarah is really honest about the need for consistency in order to see the results we're looking for. I'm motivated to continue applying the learnings and empowered to take better care of my hair - which that feeling alone is a big win already. With the challenge alone, I mostly noticed lifestyle changes. Having focused on returning to my optimal morning routine, has definitely helped me be more productive in other areas of life. And considering how self-conscious I am about my hair, I'm hopeful that my hair will become fuller, stronger, and smoother. Bye Bye extensive hair loss, frizziness and illness. Honestly, I loved every bit of the last 14 days with this challenge. I've learned so much about choosing the right ingredients for my hair profile. Thank you so much team HGL.

I've never really cared for my hair before - I neither loved nor hated it. When I saw an ad for this challenge last year I ignored it as I am so used to seeing courses and products that are too-good-to-be-true and I thought this was another of the same. But I was so wrong! I signed up after seeing the ad again and was immediately impressed with the knowledge shared right from the get-go. I love that it does not claim to be a quick fix for achieving great hair, but rather equips you with the knowledge to tweak each facet of your life that makes up haircare in order to improve your hair over time and keep it looking great. It felt like much more than an intorductory course to me, so I can't imagine the wealth of knowledge waiting in the full course! I highly recommend this to anyone remotely interested in hair care, or to anyone who wishes their hair was nicer.

I tend to reserve little faith in online courses and challenges, as the probability that they are money-motivated, disorganized, and off point, is pretty high. The 14 Day Haircare Challenge is not what I feared. I learned actionable, effective information and tools designed to improve hair and health immediately. The challenge is designed to make you take action now, and see results of your actions now. Very happy with this purchase.
