It's whole-life care.
The depth of self-care covered in the program(s) (as it relates to hair care) is what led me to join immediately. After reading the extent of the program details from Pinterest, I didn't even hesitate to pause my social media browsing, and I signed up. I struggled with some mostly some hair retention and hair growth challenges, mainly. It wasn't significant enough that I felt defeated in any sense of the word; however, there was enough hemming and hawing between these to priorities of mine, that I was definitely frustrated with my hair - which I would then take out, my frustration, out on my hair! So, I would also struggle with maintaining my hair as a final loss, too. I had dry, dull, frizzy unkempt, disrupted curls and static. And some brittleness, hair loss, split ends, (chemical) damage and grime build up/oiliness. I have significantly less hair loss, between 22-24 strands of hair per day (or about 75 per hair care day), compared to 4x that before Hair Growth Lab. My scalp is calmer, more consistent; increased density, thickness and volume! I have virtually no more split ends or tangles due to the increase of lubricity and maintained hydration between hair days. This lends itself to brighter and shinier hair. No more dull, grime build up/oiliness. And my curls are more defined as I'm able to better manage my frizz and static. The internal care knowledge provided by Hair Growth Lab made the biggest difference for me - health, nutrition and supplements; stress and sleep. It's whole-life care. I truly treasured the opportunity to be transparent in my journey and the encouragement and feedback I received from the Hair Growth Lab team and other participants.
