Hairqare ( Hairgrowthlab) Is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and things you didn't know you could do to help your hair and more importantly yourself. The challenges aren't hard or too easy, it's just right. I love that it wasn't just about hair but also how important it was about taking care of yourself as a whole. I really recommend this program to learn about your hair, challenge yourself and try new things. You'll feel so much better you did it.

In the beginning of this challenge, my hair was dull, falling more than usual and I had a flaky scalp. I knew something was not right... These 14 days showed me a new path, I got to learn a lot and it introduced me to a whole new routine. I do my own shampoo now (which was an experience that I've loved so much), I exercise, I eat much healthier... The result: my scalp is fresh (no more flakes), my hair is beautiful, with volume and more defined waves. I definitely recommend!

When I first started with Hair Growth Lab as it was named at the time, I took the 14 day challenge. I had hip-length hair that had become extremely dry like straw- I thought I was going to have to cut a significant amount off (for years I had kept it in short layers up to collarbone length and I dyed and heat styled it regularly; I then started letting my hair grow out for a few years but maintained those hair practices as before). After the 14 day challenge I learned how to fix my primary problem and my hair felt more moisturized and softer immediately after implementing what I had learned. I almost stopped there but decided to take the full course and learned so much about how our hair is affected by our internal health and I have made so many great improvements to my health since then. My hair is now mid-thigh length a couple years after overcoming the hip-length hair plateau I had started HGL with. I make and use my own shampoo based off a recipe from the 14 day challenge and I have much better and more informed hair care practices. I love learning and acquiring new information and HGL provided me with so much of that, but I was also able to learn about myself and personalize what I had learned because hair care varies upon the individual and I appreciate how HGL emphasized this point. I have been loving my hair so much more ever since then and I feel more confident and beautiful with my hair looking and feeling the way it does.

I’ve had such a fun experience and learned so much from the HairQare 14-day challenge. I love the wholesome approach to hair and self care and this has really sparked my interest and inspiration to learn more about hair care in this form.

I absolutely loved the challenge and can definitely recommend it. Before starting out I had actually no idea what to look for in a product. I knew that we‘d be making our own shampoo so I half expected her to say that you should never again buy a commercial product from the store. But instead the challenge really helped me to understand what to look for in a product and how to use sulfates and silicones the right way and that really opened my eyes. Now I won‘t ever be so easily swayed by marketing. Having said that I have to admit that I really loved making my own shampoo because it looks really professional and I love the shampoos quality and will be making it a lot more often in the future. I still think that there‘s still a lot more information that is not included but I guess that‘s what the Hairgrowth Lab is for😊 if you‘re having doubts, just go for it, you won‘t regret it. But be aware, she‘ll make you work for it😁

I did the 14-day challenge and I already see so much improvement with my hair. I loved it, it was easy to understand and follow along. Making my own shampoo was probably the most fun part and I can't wait to experiment more!

It was an amazing start for my hair care journey. My self-esteem had gotten soo low because of the way my hairfall kept increasing. But after I joined the challenge it showed me a completely different path that I never knew existed. It completely changed my routine and the way I look at my hair now. This challenge has given me a route that i can now confidently follow. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone facing issues with there hair. This is just the fundamental knowledge and can't beleive how much value it has provided.

I have finally found trustworthy tips on how to grow my hair long and healthy. I learned a homemade shampoo recipe, diet tips, and so much knowledge about which ingredients to avoid when choosing hair products because they only harm the hair. And how to choose a hair product so you can really trust it will heal your hair. The course is professional, easy to follow, packed with new knowledge, positive, so inspiring and motivating. Highly recommend!
