New Year, New You, New Hair
With 2026 coming along, this 14-day challenge popped up on my IG, and on a whim I decided to go for it. I thought, "Why not? New year, new you," and my hair was one thing I definitely wanted to transform. For a moment (before diving into the course) I was afraid that I just purchased info that I could get anywhere else, but after the first day I knew this wasn't the case. A lot of the information is like "Wow! How come I never knew about this!" It's very eye-opening and at the same time you'll be surprised how few people (like myself) are aware of things like properly reading hair product labels, the truth behind them, etc. What I love the most is that all the information is science-backed and actionable. After each day, there are real, practical steps you take to improve your hair health, as well as physical and mental health. I'm definitely an advocate for holistic healing, so I knew this was something that would work and that I could trust. The community is so sweet and posting on it makes me really happy. It's like talking with friends. There's so many women in the same boat as you trying to do better for themselves, so everyone is really supportive. Something great about this challenge is that the information you learn will last you forever and it's enough. There's the Hairqare Lab for a deeper dive, but really everything in here gives you control over your hair for the rest of your life and that's so great. Sarah is lovely! She's a great communicator, heartfelt, and it's easy to understand what she's teaching. She gets involved in the community as well. Honestly, it's such a sweet start to the new year for me, not only for hair, but for the community, and I highly recommend participating.
