Hi, I'm near to end of my challenge and I'm so sad because I've learned so much so far. I believe in Sarah and her team because I'm seeing that they have knowledge and they know what they are doing and this is inspiring and calming for us as learners in this journey. So I'm really thankful to Sarah and her team for they nice work! I wished it was a 365 days challenge and still I'm sure we would have much more to learn. So thank you!!

So i joined to 14 day challenge because i have very thin light hair and i suffer from hair loss. I saw advertisment of hairqare and i decided to join. I can say i learned a lot. Like how to make my own shampoo and conditioner and which shampoo to buy and what can i do with alo vera and the meaning of sport and meditation its all matters. I know now how to treat my hair and how to make my hair healthy and beautiful.

Being a hairstylist I wasnt sure if I would get much out of the course, but I was quickly blown away with the infomation that filled in the gaps on what I was missing to get true results with my hair. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a breakthrough in their hair dreams.

I am so glad that I participated in the 14 Day Hair Challenge! Not only it helped me learn more about my hair, how to take better care of it and create a healthier hair routine - it also helped me to start with healthier lifestyle habits - meditation, exercises, delicious smoothies and healthier diet changes! To top it off you can learn to make your own shampoo!! I really needed this and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! It was absolutely worth it! 💯

Had a chance to have a journey with the team for 14 days challenge. It was an inspiring time for me. I've started to do some sports again, became more regular in my meditation practice. Thank you a lot. Just started another lesson about conditioners) As it was so much fun to do the shampoo, feel that making my own conditioner will set me with a good basic haircare routine. BTW, it is obvious that the team worked really well with doing their job. All the videos, workbooks, sound are fantastic. Thank you for a high quality product!

I loved the length of each mission/ task for the 14 day hair challenge. The resources provided will help me improve my hair routine for the long run. It is a workshop that covered the things i wanted to learn about hair and much more. The challenge discussed topics related to nutrition, hair "buzz words" that shampoos have but i didn't understand how to read them, the mineral wheel and mineral deficiencies in your body, meditation, daily exercises, smoothie recipes, the shampoo recipe, tools to understand what you buy and what you eat from the supermarket.

The 14-day Challenge was very informative, especially with the part of learning how to annalize ingredients in hair products and also the 2 diy recepies for shampoo. That was fun and helpful. I liked the tool to help annalize the store - bought products and the blacklist of bad stuff to watch out for. This was particularly helpful! Also the wholistic approach to hair health and overall health is something that appeals to me a lot. The test for deficiencies, the protein intake annalisys were also very nice additions.Overall I would recommend for people who want to go back to basics and learn how to choose good products for their hair and also who are ready to restart and look at their hair problem not as isolated one, but as signal from the body that the overall health is not as good as it should be. And if aew ready for some lifestyle changes.

Really great experience with the 14day challenge which educated on a wide spectrum of topics about hair care and gave insight into improving hair health in a really manageable way. I liked that Sarah wasn’t trying to sell you on any products or embellish any claims, rather kept it real throughout the course and I’ve definitely taken a lot away from it and am approaching my hair from a different perspective.
