I really liked the content and how it is explained. Easy, simple but really with a high value of knowledge. For me, someone without almost every proper hair routing, it is super to get a first overview of „what to consider and be aware of“. It was for sure worth its money

I liked the holistic approach of this hair challenge: she teaches you about how to take care of your hair, talks about harmful ingredients, and debunks some hair care myths--all based on hair science. I have not quite finished this challenge yet but I have been happy with the information gained--I've learned so much! And I feel more confident that I can move forward with healthier hair :) I still need to make the shampoo and try it, I am hopeful of the results. Overall, I am glad that I tried this and learned what I did. I feel well-equipped to continue my haircare journey in a positive direction.

Interesting and useful information about hair products/stress/sport and their influence on your hair, that I did not know before. The best part is making your own Shampoo 🧴! The materials are nice to look at and you also can keep them after the challenge.

I started the challenge 2 weeks ago and found a lot of the concepts interesting and helpful. However, given that I already did a lot of research and have a healthy routine, I believe the impact for me wasn’t as high as for a beginner.

The course is a very well structured starting point to beging knowing more about healthy hair routine... it breaks down some common believes on what's good/bad for hair and gives you the tools to be more aware in your choices. The only one flaw is the lack of an insight on how treat hair after having washed them (styling, drying...)

The program is well-thought of. It is carefully crafted, it has a lot of resources, it is easy to navigate, it is fun and enojoyable. I highlight that it helps you get some facts straight with honest and rigurous science and that it tries to make each mission very attainable for the average person. What I did not like is that I think the information given is too general. The program claims it's because there is no time but then they could do a slightly longer program so we can delve a little deeper into some subjects. Also I understand that each hair is unique and that a hair profile is required to go into specific issues but I do think some generalities could have been addressed regarding the most common issues.
