In the 14-day challenge, I learned a lot and have already noticed changes in my hair since making my own shampoo. She has a deep well of wisdom about hair and I loved learning from her. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I don't like being put on a time crunch to upgrade a membership. I understand the marketing strategy, it just is always a turn-off for me. I will probably get it after a month or two of learning on my own. I like to take what I have learned, digest it, and have my own period of trial and error trial before I feel pushed into a more expensive program.

It’s clear Sarah really knows her stuff and has put a lot of time and research into the science behind haircare. She delivers her lessons beautifully and is very compelling. I understand that the 14-day challenge was meant to be a taster leading to a bigger (more expensive) course, and I do wish she had more discussion about how to apply different products and ingredients besides the shampoo, but I’ll admit it was a great intro. It made me see where I’d been going wrong the last few years and why I have split ends now when I didn’t in the past (welcome back, silicones!). Overall, it’s a great first step and I would recommend it.

I did the 14 days challenge and I can say that the informations that I got were so many that at the beginning was complicated. I didn't see any change in the 14 days, I expect to see in the next weeks... The workbook was very usefull.

All the info shared is science based, no gate keeping! I just feel that it should be a longer challenge since a lot couldnt be covered in the 14 day challenge! So I ended purchasing the Conditioner Course to keep the momentum going

I just two weeks one learns a lot about caring about your hair. However, one needs to be constant in order to see more results. My hair falls less, it is not so greasy and shines a little bit more.

I learned a great deal of hair care I did not know before. I have always spent a lot of money on my hair products thinking I was getting the best products but after my whole life of using them my hair was weak and fragile. (I do not dye my hair or use heat very often) This program has given me hope that I can reverse damage through lifestyle changes and DIY hair products that cost a fraction of the price I have been paying. I've really enjoyed my experience and happy that I started this new journey.

I have enjoyed the lessons a lot, it could be a little more informative, but it was very motivating. We did cut in to different interesting topics and I will for sure keep on educating me.
