The challenge is easy to step into and full of relevant information, both scientific and more spiritual. The holistic aproach is unique. Do think about timing though: in very busy times (like right before Christmas) it can be a little challenging to get all missions done within the time frame. That being said, it's also about your own sense of urgency and priorities.

I loved the challenge. I learned a lot of things in 14 days. The only recommendation I would make would be to do a longer challenge with the same number of lessons so that you can assimilate all the information and do more research if we wish. Thank you so much !

+ I loved the challenge and am making my own shampoo since. I love the DIY shampoo (A) too, my hair feels so soft. Sarah has a lot of knowledge and is passionate about what she teaches. -The ingredient scanner app didn't work on my iphone and the AI beta scanner safe listed an ingredient that Sarah black listed. (Polyquaternium-10) -Also too much marketing emails! It doesn't feel sincere to me. I canceled the subscription because I got sooooo much emails from them trying to convince me to buy their program. Not appreciated.

Really like how much dedication HQL have! Thought the 14 day challenge was really informative and helpful, not pushing something down your throat, but trying to make it easy to understand in än educational way!

I had a great time learning some new things about hair and hair care products! It helped save me time and in the long run, will help save me money. There were a few days where I kind of already knew the info, or it wasn't as insightful, but for the most part, I learned some new things and even some practical and easy ways to test your hair so you know how to work with it. I definitely appreciate the efforts and thoughts put into the classes and the community support.

Solid challenge, value for money, I definitely learned something new & of value and enjoyed it. As the challenge would imply, felt like a healthy blend between give and take; by proving salient points on few haircare fundamentals (but one: oils) while leaving me to own research and practice to really move a needle. Not for people who look for answers poured into them without doing the homework though. Great tool kit with product analyzer, guides, workbook, international shopping list, FAQs, extended access to the platform and lovely customer service, with Myrna the gem of a person! 4 fat stars, leaving 1 out, for no tutorial on oils and bit of the marketing spin at the end, slow/ at times no responsiveness to the questions in the community chat, DIY shampoo A not making my hair feel or look better at all (unfortunately ;))

It‘s a well rounded package which gives a lit of useful tips on what harmful substances to avoid and how to have a holistic haircare routine. However it won’t give more than 2 specific simple shampoo recipes so that’s why the minus, cause I hoped to get a better framework of how shampoos should be in general formulated (so I can experiment myself). That part wasn’t empowering. All in all though there’s plenty of advice that is down to earth and science driven and will save you money cause you won’t spend money on useless and harmful commercial products.

I really enjoyed the 14 Day Haircare Challenge. It is clear that Sarah and the team are really knowledgeable and passionate about proper haircare and put a lot of time and effort into the course. In particular, I really liked the deep dives into the science, ingredients and minerals needed to grow hair. Making the shampoo was fun, even if Shampoo B had odd results on my hair. However, there were certain challenges that seemed a little lacking, like the one about hair oils. I get that the idea behind the course is to whet your appetite to sign up for the deep dive in the Hairqare Lab course afterwards, but in the case of oils in particular it was a shame that more wasn't recommended. Overall though I was really happy that I did the challenge and I consider it money well spent.
